Audited to the BRCGS Food Safety standard since 2015, HEG Gıda tracks all shipments with 100% digital traceability through vehicles with temperature, access and location control. It holds the title of pioneer in producing original New York style cheesecake and is Turkey's largest producer of organic and clean-label products.
